Light pavilion SALS is located in Pļavnieki Birch Grove, Riga. It is designed as a sculptural volume with an integrated sound and light installation. SALS is static during the day and comes to life in the dark. The play of light, sound and the texture of the chosen materials evokes associations with ice, frost, snow crystals and glacier.
