Rebuilding project of eight two-storey apartment house, will add one more storey to existing building with two new apartments. Elevations of the building are going to be rebuilt and materials will be changed to add a new, contemporary character to the building. New apartments in the last floor will be spacious with large terraces and will provide view to the pine tree forest. Main materials of the elevations are going to be white plaster and wooden plates that will harmonically include the building between trees.
