Scenography for Latvian Republic Independence Restoration 26th anniversary concert is designed from 15 000 small red and white kinetic flags, that altogether create one large Latvian flag. It unifies stage, screen and the Statue of Liberty in the centre of square and depending from wind direction and strength creates solid or more transparent background for musicians and singers.

4 May 1990, the democratic-elected Supreme Soviet of the Latvian SSR, by expressing the will of the people, adopted a declaration "On the Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia". Thus was restored Latvian Republic, in part, came into force the 1922 Constitution and a transition period was started until full restoration of independence of the country.
